Your team is good.

Problem is: They could be great.

The 8-Week Leadership Program that closes the gap between who your people are and what they are actually capable of.

Build Your Leadership Bench Before Growth Exposes the Gaps

She walked into the first session with her arms crossed.

Her manager had told me she was brilliant. That she had been passed over for a promotion she had earned. That they were about to lose her.

She had been in rooms like this before.

She had learned to take up less space.

By week four, I asked her one question: What do YOU actually think?

She looked at me like I had just asked her to step off a ledge.

And then she stepped.

Six months after the program ended, her CEO called me.

She had led their biggest client pitch.

She had brought in the account. Nobody was surprised except her.

That is the gap we work in.

You have a performance problem that is actually not a performance problem.

Your people are smart. You hired them because they were smart. But something is getting in the way between who they are and how they show up.

You have tried feedback. You have tried training programs. You have sent people to workshops where they take notes and come back and nothing changes.

Here is what nobody tells you: skills training cannot fix a belief problem. And what looks like underperformance is almost always, underneath it, a belief problem.

The most capable person in your organization is performing at 60%. Not because they are not good enough. Because nobody has created the conditions for them to find out how good they actually are.

That is what this program does.

THE SOLUTION: THE 8-WEEK LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Eight weeks. One cohort. Six to twenty participants from your team.

This is not a workshop. It is not a seminar. It is not a certificate program with a binder they will never open again.

It is a coaching-led group experience designed to surface the leadership that is already in the room. Every session builds on the last. Every participant works in real time on real situations from their actual work.

By the end, your team is not just more capable. They know they are more capable. That is a different thing. And it is what changes behavior.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE 8 WEEKS

8-Week Curriculum Table
Week Focus What Shifts
Week 1 The Honest Audit Participants see clearly where they are starting from, without judgment. The truth is friendlier than the story they have been telling themselves.
Week 2 The Belief Gap They name the thing that is actually in the way. Not the skill gap. The belief gap. This is the session that changes everything.
Week 3 Voice They practice saying the thing they have been holding back in rooms where it matters. In writing, out loud, in front of their peers.
Week 4 Influence They learn to lead without authority. To move people who do not report to them. To make a case without making an argument.
Week 5 The Hard Conversation They rehearse the conversations they have been avoiding. With their manager. With their team. With themselves.
Week 6 Executive Presence Not how to look confident. How to actually be it. The difference is everything.
Week 7 Vision They articulate where they are going and why anyone should follow. This is the session most people did not expect to need.
Week 8 The Claim They decide, in front of each other, who they are from here. This is not a graduation. It is a beginning.

Each week focuses on one dimension of leadership.

The work is not theoretical.

It is applied to what participants are actually navigating right now.

Real issues. Real solutions.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This program is for the team that is good and needs to become great. It works best for:

•       High performers who have plateaued and cannot figure out why

•       Emerging leaders being developed for the next level

•       Teams navigating a growth moment, a transition, or a leadership gap

•       Organizations that have tried skills training and know something deeper is needed

It is not for teams that are disengaged or checked out. This program requires participants who want to be in the room.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

•    8 live group coaching sessions (90 minutes each)

•       Between-session reflection prompts for each participant

•       Group StrengthsFinder debrief in Week 1

•       Closing presentation from each participant in Week 8

•       Summary debrief for the sponsoring organization after the program ends

•       Direct access to Mary between sessions for questions and support

THE INVESTMENT

$2,600 per participant

Minimum cohort: 6 participants. Maximum: 20.

For a team of 10, the total investment is $26,000. Replacing one high performer at their salary costs significantly more. This is the math that makes the decision simple.
